The ‘before’ photos don’t really show how much moss was really on either roof…the moss on my garage was as dense as a carpet! The roof of my house looked like it was strewn with moss popcorn balls. I noticed a bit of moss on the garage roof last year; nothing on the house last year, though. It grows quickly! I am happy to say that the moss problem is now gone, and I will have both sprayed with moss-retardant when weather permits. The company vacuums the gutters, which I prefer to having gutter debris thrown into my garden.The fellow performing the work was conscientious and polite, careful with his equipment and in my garden. Ian, the business owner, is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this service.

Ian and his Home Smart team are dependable, polite and efficient. For years I have relied on them for everything from pressure washing and sealing patio tiles, to window cleaning, to clearing and repairing gutters for my home and business.

We have an 11 year old house and have large oak trees on our block. Although we love the trees, they give our roof a type of climbing moss that is difficult to remove. The home smart team, mostly Daniel, scrubbed the moss off by hand over two days. They did such a great job, our neighbour came over and said our roof looked great! They also cleaned all of our gutters and repaired some that we too high for us to reach ourselves and had become clogged. We’re very happy with the service and will be getting on the annual visit list from the team. Daniel was a kind, thorough and communicative person and we would be happy to have him work on our home again.

Home Smart did a wonderful job of power washing the front pathway and steps, sidewalk by my house and all the paving stones at the side and back of my house. They were in great need of cleaning with moss etc. They did a very thorough job in a courteous and professional manner. They replaced all the sand between the stones, and it looks great. They also cleaned the windows on the exterior of my home. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The project took two full days, Kevin showed up on time on both days and a did a great job, spotless cleaning specially the awning glass which was a tough job to handle.
Ian and his crew were amazing with exterior cleaning. They not only did the pressure wash and gutter cleaning thoroughly but went above and beyond when they had to move stored winter tires to get all the areas nice and clean. They took great care of all the toys and trampoline while cleaning to make sure everything was moved back to where it was. The quality of the work speaks for itself. Ian was quick to estimate my project and the power washer did a great job, especially vacuuming up water (more than expected) that pooled, and spraying splashed water off walls.

Home Smart Home Services did a great job at a reasonable cost. They arrived when expected and left after a tidy cleanup. Our roof gutters are now sparkling clean both inside and out. They look like new again and very much add to the exterior appearance of our home. I am not a big fan of ladders and heights, and it was great to get this job done by experts. I highly recommend!
