Window Cleaning

Almost all window cleaning these days is done using a water fed tucker pole. Using a tucker pole is much safer for our employees since they don’t have to set up tall ladders at every window. The cost of cleaning exterior windows by hand with squeegee’s is so expensive that almost all homeowners prefer the water fed tucker pole to be use since the cost can be half to a quarter of the cost depending on the style of windows being cleaned. In 2024 we only did one window cleaning job by hand

We can clean windows by hand if requested. Windows on covered patios/decks and doors are always done by hand so as not to soak your patio or cover your doors in water drop marks.

The upside of using a water fed tucker pole is the reduced cost. We are also able to wash the window frames with this method. The downside is that there may be drip marks here and there, but these marks are no different if we had washed your windows by hand then it rained the next day. The other downside is that we may not be able to wash the windowsills on the upper level although we will try if this is requested. On the lower-level windows, our employees walk around the house with a battery operated back pack sprayer and spray a cleaner on the sills. This allows for perfect results almost all the time when cleaning low level windowsills.
